I offer customisable home check services to ensure your property is well-maintained and secure, while you're away. A routine weekly visit, as standard, or based on your requirements. In the event of extreme weather, I conduct an additional visit and provide a detailed report, upon your request.

During each routine visit, I will:

• Clear your mailbox.
• Inspect the exterior of your home and grounds.
• Conduct an interior check, at your discretion.

You will receive an email report after each visit, highlighting any issues, should they arise. Additionally, I offer services such as plant watering and coordinating with tradespeople to address concerns, if any. Only at your instruction to do so.

Rest assured, all keys and access codes to your property will be securely stored and meticulously tracked in my database.

Pricing:

• $40 per week for home check services in the Russell & Okiato area
• $60 per week for home check services for properties south of Paroa Bay Road
• $40 per hour for additional services, including coordinating tradespeople and managing any unforeseen issues

Gardening Service

I offer some gardening services. Things such as minor tree trimming, pruning, weeding, clearing, planting, tailored to meet your needs, by consultation. I don't offer lawn mowing or weed eater services. Unless it's a small section and you have a mower on site, by mutual agreement. Rate - $40 per hour.
